Bobby came over to repair an oven and dishwasher. Within minutes the dishwasher was diagnosed with a bent sprayer blade and some loose screws that hold the sprayer in place. They fixed it.The oven was quickly diagnosed. Unfortunately the parts needed were no longer available because of the manufacturer doesn't make anymore. Only charged for dishwasher. Very personable and honest.

We have had PACE out for two different issues since moving into our home. On bith occasions, Bobby was very helpful in identifying issues and offering suggestions, without attempts to upsell. It is refreshing to encounter a company that genuinely cares about fixing the problem more than padding profits. Our most recent visit was to replace a in sink aerator. I had called another company and was told a technician would need to come out (at a $75 service charge) to deterine if the unit needed to be replaced, despite my insistence that I wanted a new unit installed. PACE gave me an estimate over the phone, only asking for photos to confirm what size unit was being replaced. I highly recommend PACE and will use them for all our future aplliance repairs.

I just had servicemen, both named Bob, who in two minutes diagnosed a dryer heating problem that the company ST. LOUIS APPLIANCE diagnosed completely wrong and I paid them over the price charged by Pace. From Kristina the professional lady who made the appointment to the knowledgeable servicemen, it was a pleasure to deal with this company. I will be using them again in the future.

PACE appliance was assigned to me through my Extended Warranty to repair my Whirlpool refrigerator. From the first conversation to the last Kristina was very professional with helping me with arranging the service calls , communication with the Warranty Repair company and the other issues that had come up along the way over the almost 4 month process. Bobby was also professional and provided excellent service. My fridge is running smoothly now. Thank you all!!

Quick repair on my oven & Bobby fixed the broken control panel bracket. He had to be creative & use a plastic piece from a container he had in his truck! Greatly appreciate I'd use this company again.
