Cause: Faulty Compressor
Before heading to the scheduled call, the P.A.C.E. technician determined from the model number that this Kenmore Elite refrigerator was manufactured by LG. Knowing that these Kenmore/LG refrigerators have had known issues with faulty compressors, he made sure to have a replacement compressor and other necessary parts on his truck to complete the repair.
Upon arrival, the technician introduced himself to the customer and, after inspecting the refrigerator, quickly confirmed that the compressor needed to be replaced. He explained the issue to the customer and how he had diagnosed and confirmed the problem. He provided a detailed repair quote, and once the customer approved the repair, he was able to start work promptly since he had come prepared with all the required parts.

Solution: Replaced Compressor

However, since the Bobby has performed this repair many times before, he was able to complete it quickly.
