Jason was by FAR the best technician I’ve ever dealt in my LIFE, and that’s no exaggeration. Started with him being very communicative on arrival and once at my property was very courteous. He had all the replacement parts with him and almost immediately diagnosed the problem. Be fore I knew it he was almost done and walked me through some tips and tricks on my particular model. The best part; his approach was so friendly and natural I felt like I made a new friend at the end of the service call! I’ll definitely use PACE every time I need a repair and specifically request Jason.

From our first call to P.A.C.E. to make an appointment to have our ice maker fixed, I was impressed with the friendly response and quickly scheduled appointment. Bobby Howard called ahead of his appointment and announced exactly when he would arrive. Once here, he went directly to work to diagnose the problem. He informed us along the way of exactly what he was doing and why. He then discussed with us our options for repair. He looked up the parts needed and showed us the cost of each item. I feel Mr. Howard was extremely honest and had our best interest in mind. He wrote out his findings and offered us an email copy. After discussing various appliances with Mr. Howard, I wished that I had consulted him prior to my appliance purchases. I will definitely use PACE service again if needed, and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

If you think customer service is dead, or declining; you have not dealt with P.A.C.E., an owner run appliance repair service. I used them for the first time this week, and I have now found a new repair service. Tyler, their service rep was professional, courteous, and well versed in his trade. Kristina Howard (owner) could not have been more helpful during our phone conversations. Bobby Howard (owner) walked me through exactly what he did and assured me that our refrigerator would be running optimally. I promise you, I’m not a relative; simply a satisfied customer who really appreciates and recognizes genuinely good service (and good people!)

My LG fridge went out. Sounds familiar? Scott Blankenship, my trusted repair tech, referred me to PACE. I submitted a request online. Kristina texted me back immediately to acknowledge the receipt. When she called, she gave detailed instructions on how to obtain warranty repair from LG and exactly what to expect, which could be a challenging and frustrating process.Bobby did have to come out twice to finish the repair, due to the clogged filter line. The repair was done in August. All in all, they educated me on the LG compressor issue, the repair and best practice to keep my fridge running efficiently. World class customer service. Bravo!

They came out to repair my washer. After taking the time to look it over, the repair man said it would be cost prohibitive to fix it. He advised me not to and to get a new one. He stood to lose over $600 but was honest enough to tell me that might not even fix it, so don’t waste my money! Thank you for your honesty. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Bobby was extremely professional and helpful. He diagnosed our freezer/refrigerator repair, ordered parts, and installed. He even left a heavy duty fan for us to use for a few days while we waited for parts. Awesome! In addition, he solved our nasty tasting ice issue with a Brita filter attachment. We have heavy water and this was the remedy. Highly recommend this company.

Pace Appliance sent repairman to fix my refrigerator (new compressor) he was professional, prompt (even early -he called to see if ok to come early since he had cancellation). PACE was amazing to work with. Kristina was awesome to speak with, she was kind, understanding, and very helpful. She was able to order the new compressor after speaking with her about the issue so that the technician was able to make just one visit in order to complete the project! Bobby arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. He explained everything and then went straight to work. He replaced the compressor quickly and by the time he left he had checked to ensure that the fridge and freezer were cooling two different times. A frustrating situation was thankfully resolved pretty quickly once PACE arrived.

The repairman got here on time and said our 14 year old refrigerator could not be repaired due to service parts being unobtainable and then proceeded to tell us what we could do to possibly limp along till the best time to buy a new appliance occurred and then waved the service fee!! They were very quick to call me after LG issued a service request. Already knew what the problem was and ordered extra updated parts in case it was another issue to save a second trip. They communicated very well the entire time since the first contact and the repair was finished when they said it would be. Everyone was very professional and polite. Couldn't be happier to find a group of people who are proud of their work and go way above what I expect from anyone these days. Wow, great experience. I love it when I find "my professional." Bobby isolated the problem right away on both appliances. He was honest enough to recommend replacements rather than costly repairs that would last maybe 5 months. This means he earned less today, but he definitely has a customer for life and one happy to send referrals his way. I also appreciated the efficiency of Kristina's scheduling and timely service. Add an extra star to the rating.

Everything was great from the customer service to the tech arriving at the house and fixing the fridge. The office helped me get going on the warranty claim through the appliance company, and when Bobby showed up to fix it he had it done in no time and showed me his work and exactly what was going on. I called Friday morning and Bobby was there Friday evening. By this time, the fridge decided to start working again. He looked it over, checked temperatures and made sure everything was working correctly. He then told us what to watch out for and what preventative measures to take to avoid freezing up the coils again. He didn’t charge for the visit! Very honest and knowledgeable.

Excellent service! They were able to have someone come out within 24 hours of my initial service call request. Jason was extremely professional, diagnosed the issue with our washing machine, and provided several solutions with his best recommendation being the most cost effective. He also took the time to ask us about our dryer vent when my husband mentioned it seemed to be drying slow. When he saw how clogged it was, he serviced it at the same appointment.

Bobby & Jason installed our new water heater when our old one broke, and it was a fantastic experience! Bobby is incredibly knowledgeable about appliances and plumbing, having worked on them for 20 years! My refrigerator stopped cooling. My refrigerator is a Kenmore Elite so I had to call Sears Repair for them to cover the compressor. Sears told me the soonest they could come look at it was 3-26. Seriously a month later…. So I called Pace and they came to my rescue the next day. New compressor and refrigerator is running again. Britt was my technician and he was very professional and has it fixed in an hour. Highly recommend them

Bob did an outstanding job repairing my refrigerator. You can clearly tell he was a professional at his job because he knew everything there was to know about my refrigerator. He showed me what was wrong and what part was needed. Bob gave me a quote up front and stuck to it, even though the part cost him more than he expected. He even replaced other worn out parts on my refrigerator that could potentially break down with no extra cost. WOW! I highly recommend P.A.C.E Appliance repair. You will not regret it.
